Changing Your Account Password

This article assumes you are already logged in the CheckLight portal.

You can change the password  of your CheckLight account from the Settings section of the Dashboard.

Instructions

To change the password of your CheckLight account:

  1. Log in to your CheckLight account.
  2. Click on your user name/email at the upper right of the dashboard then choose Settings.

3.  From the Settings view, select the User Management section and click on the More Actions button and select Reset Password.

4.  You will receive an email from no-reply@checklight.com.

5.  Open the Password Reset Request email and click on the Reset Password button.

6. Enter the required details on the fields. Once the form is completed, click on Reset Password.

Your CheckLight login account password is now changed!
