This article assumes that a new user account has been created from the CheckLight portal, and that the user has not been activated yet.

Instructions

To Resend an Activation Link:

  1. Log in to your CheckLight account.
  2. Click on your user name/email at the upper right of the dashboard then choose Settings.

3.  From the Settings view, select the User Management section. Click on the More Actions button corresponding to your inactive user and click on Resend Activation Link.

A confirmation notification will be displayed.

You will also receive an activate account email from no-reply@checklight.com, with a new activation link.

Follow the instructions from Creating an Additional CheckLight User Account from step 5 onward, to activate a new user.
